Linked Images Don't Work in Email View Panel
This is a very bizarre problem that just started happening a couple of days ago. I have what I think is a pretty standard setup: list of email accounts in the left panel, list of emails for selected account in the middle panel, and email display in the right panel. The problem is this: If an email message contains an image that has a link somewhere, the link doesn't work. Instead, I see the "+" icon for zooming or unzooming the image. I followed the troubleshooting suggestion to restart in safe mode (with all addons disabled), and everything works correctly. I then restarted normally, and the problem returned. I tried manually disabling all addons and the problem persists. I'm not sure what is causing this problem, but I suspect I may have inadvertently toggled a setting somewhere that causes this behavior to happen. I can't find anything in the hot-key list that might suggest which key combination might have triggered this.
If anyone can suggest something to fix this, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks, David McLeod

If it works in safe mode, and add-ons aren't the cause, the next steps are to 'Reset toolbars & controls', 'Make changes & restart', at the safe mode prompt, and if that doesn't help, disable hardware acceleration in normal mode in Options/General/Indexing, then restart TB.

Sorry, I meant to make it clear that the problem only exists when I view the email in the right panel. If I double click the email message and view in the separate viewer, everything works fine.

Thanks for the suggestion. "Reset toolbars & controls" seemed to do the trick. Now, if I can only figure out what I did to cause the problem in the first place!!
