Check settings: If you cannot see the Folder Pane:

  • Menu app icon > customise > Layout > select 'Folder Pane'

Check you have setting to view all folders and all threads.

  • Menu app icon > View > Folders > All
  • Menu app icon > View > Threads > All

  • Menu app icon > customise > Layout > select 'Folder Pane'

Check you have setting to view all folders and all threads.

  • Menu app icon > View > Folders > All
