cant access my gmail verification code for firefox account without password stored on firefox accounr
Hi. I know my firefox account email: [email]@gmail.com and firefox account password: won't type it here, but i know it and have entered it successfully.
After i sign in, with the correct email and password, it states i need to access the verification code and enter it to use my firefox account. the problem is that i just reinstalled windows and the gmail password was autogenerated and stored within my firefox account. so in order for me to access my gmail to retrieve the verification code i need to access the passwords stored on my firefox account.
I have a number of autogenerated passwords related to my college assessments that are time sensitive. I need help with this urgently!
Thank you, Phillip Shields

perhaps i havent explained clearly.
i have a firefox sync account that uses the above mentioned gmail as the firefox sync account email. i know the password and entered it to login into my firefox sync account.
my firefox sync account then asks for a verification code that has been sent to my gmail account, because that gmail address is the primary address for my firefox sync account.
i cant access that gmail account to retrieve the verification code because my gmail password is stored within the firefox sync account i am trying to log into.
firefox sync account and password = known and entered correctly gmail account password = unknown and stored in firefox sync account
i am only using this firefox account because i needed it to post my question on here.
contacting anyone for help about this issue is next to impossible other than this forum.
