I was trying to update firefox but kept getting an error of download failed. I uninstalled firefox, but I now cannot even download the setup file, using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. All I get is is an error saying "site cannot provide a secure connection" (see attached image). How can I re-install Firefox?

Another option:

http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/102.0.1/win64/en-US/

If you prefer a language/locale other than U.S. English, click the .. link above the file listing and then click into the desired language/locale folder.

The link from RobertJ did not work (it gave the same error I had been having) but the link from jscher2000 did work. So I'm back up and running , thanks for the replies.

What about this one? This is a FTP site with older and newer verisons listed. https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/

Again this is not FTP.

Mozilla has disabled the ftp:// protocol on their servers for some seven years now as the ftp://ftp.mozilla.org no longer works. The https://ftp.mozilla.org is not FTP.

from https://web.archive.org/web/20161006070213/https://blog.mozilla.org/it/2015/07/27/product-delivery-migration-what-is-changing-when-its-changing-and-the-impacts/

After 8/5/15, ftp protocol support for ftp.mozilla.org will be completely disabled and downloads can only be accessed through http/https.

Mozilla prefers we use archive.mozilla.org

Also there was no need to provide another link when the link jscher2000 posted worked.
