Unable to get thunderbird connect to office 365 mailbox.

We are trying to connect thunderbird with O365 mailbox, and we are in need of the steps and configurations to be made on the client end to have it connected. We do see that the client sometimes says, "The configuration found", but waits for infinity to have it connected to the mailbox, and from the AZURE end, we do not see any logins happening for the account being used.

We have raised an MS case as well, but they seem to be negating the issue, saying Azure end looks fine.

INCOMING SERVER Server name: outlook.office365.com POP Port: 995 Encryption method: TLS IMAP Port: 993 Encryption method: TLS

OUTGOING SERVER Ρύθμιση SMTP Server name: smtp.office365.com Port: 587 Encryption method: STARTTLS
