Please can you urgently help with this issue.

We cant seem to access our Thunderbird email today. !

message : - "Server outlook.office365.com has disconnected. The server may have gone down or there may be a network problem"

Hi ,

I'm still having issues with this (as attached image). Is this a server issue with thunderbird or do i need to contact microsoft office team ?

For now i am able to log in to the ms office.portal and access my emails

I disabled ipv6 networking in thunderbird advanced configuration editor (network.dns.disableIPv6 = true) and it is works again like a charm!
