Hi, I'm trying to add a new Outlook e-mail address to Thunderbird but I keep getting the following message: "Configuration could not be verified, If your username and password are correct, it's likely that the server administrator has disabled the selected configuration for your account. Try selecting another protocol." I have tried both POP3 and IMAP but I get the same message. Any help would be appreciated.

The page will display your personal account settings for accessing IMAP, POP and SMTP. The settings will probably be the same as all other free users, but it is a good way to verify what Thunderbird is getting.

Note that setting up a Thunderbird account will probably require you to use the authentication method oauth2.0
