For the last 2 weeks Mozilla has asked to update every day. Very short updates. Now I'm concerned if they are real. I can't find any sort of "update schedule" and understand it varies depending on use. I use firefox every day and every day there is an update. What's going on?

It looks like something is wrong and your Firefox cannot be updated, so it retries the next day.
