why is firefox so difficult to set up/ I had to go back to IE to get website pages to open.

I switched to firefox and none of the websites i went to would open full page. I had to manually zoom them to full page every time I went to the site. I got no help and spent way too much time setting up accounts just so i could try to get help.

why dont you have a chat line where these things can be resolved quickly? I had to go back to IE.

what a shame i really wanted to use firefox but have been defeated at every turn. Surely to get a question answered i should not have to log in every time, not to mention the help didn't help.

You guys forced me back to ie.
