where can i set notifications for encrypted pages

when we visit an encrypted page firefox would notify the page was encrypted and that i was on the right site....with 5.0 a don't find where i can enable these notifications

Those setting are removed from the UI in Firefox 4 and later. You now need to make the changes to the security.warn_* prefs directly on the about:config page.

security.warn_entering_secure ("I'm about to view an encrypted page")

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.
You can use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a pref more easily.
