This started in FF4 but I still have this issue after upgrading to FF5. On some sites characters are missing from text (but it's the same issue on several different sites, so I don't necessarily think it's something wrong with these sites, seems more like a font issue). The missing characters I noticed are åäö, the hidden password character (circle) and ' (quote). Win7x64 is my machine and it works fine in IE9. I've tested my fonts in other applications and I can see these characters in the Arial/Helvetica font just fine.

Hi, I just checked the site and it looks fine on my Firefox 5. Check whether this happens after you disable hardware acceleration in Firefox: Firefox > Options > Advanced.......

Aha, that was it, it works after I turned off Hardware Acceleration. Hmm, any "fix" for that, more than having it turned off?
