Is this an extension that you had that isn't working in Firefox anymore? If you update to Firefox 14.0.1, does that help? Can you describe in a little more detail what exactly is going on?

The new versions of Firefox won't run on such an old system as a Mac 10.1 (which is from 2001). The Last version to run on Mac 10.1 was Firefox 1.0.8, and support for that dropped over 6 years ago. In fact, running a system as ancient as that on the internet is very unwise as there haven't been security updates for that operating system since 2002. My suggestion is to not use the computer at all.

If you want to try to recover your information, you can install firefox 1.0.8 from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/1.0.8/, back up your data, and move it to another computer.
