Hold the 'home/menu' button on your device and completely end the application. Then re-open the browser. Otherwise, try clearing your history before ending the application.

Hold the 'home/menu' button on your device and completely end the application. Then re-open the browser. Otherwise, try clearing your history before ending the application.
Tap into the address bar. Scroll down to the entry you want to remove and long press on that entry. Select remove from the list.
X doesn't display in portrait mode on my LG phone.
Don't see any "home" menu or button.
