Hi, I am struggling to open my work portal, which I have been able to use in the past.

I receive a message that "F5 plugin is required to show this page", however when I try to instal it, I receive a message that F5 plugin is not compatible with Firefox 25.0.1.

Any suggestions on how to get around this problem would be most appreciated
