when I look something up here, why can't I access the articles to read them?
My first question is, why does a tag on an outgoing email say "later," and how can I remove that? My second question is, when I try to look up an answer on your Help section, why can't I access the articles you show me about my question?

When I click on them they open. Why it does not work for you is quite difficult to guess.
Re your question: Are you offline? (the tiny blue monitors in the very bottom left pf the screen toggle that status.)
I'm definitely online. I don't see what you mean about tiny blue monitors.
