I can't print e-mails from microsoft office 365 outlook

We use windows 8.1 and office 365 for e-mails (outlook) I can print off whole pages of information but when I use the print tab on an individual e-mail all I get is a blank page with header and footer lines giving time, date and the e-mails title (ie no text etc).

Hi aderut, Thank you for your question, I understand that when you print a tab in a webmail client the email is blank. Please Fix printing problems in Firefox and try the troubleshooting steps there.

Does the mail appear blank if you print preview?

Please post back with the results and let's investigate more.
