Firefox not taking my User Name or Password. Not receiving ANY email from Firefox. This has been ongoing for a few years. Help!
I am not receiving any emails to resent my password. This is utterly frustrating. Firefox already has my email as JMARKSCHWARTZ at GMAIL dot COM which is correct so why am I not receiving any emails. I need to reset my password because I forgot what it was. It should be an EASY process to reset one's password. Thank you.

Firefox is a web browser and not a company (that would be Mozilla) nor a email client (that would be Thunderbird or email client in SeaMonkey).
To get things moving, you need to state what account you are having issues with?
