I entered all the information, but the account doesn't appear to load. Maybe it just takes a huge long time. There's no evidence that I have that gmail account. gmail keeps giving me a student account that I use, but I want my own, not my student's.

Sorry, that doesn't sound like a Firefox support issue. Please try using Gmail support.
