Hi chipmunklee, This is a site compatibility bug. I have also tested this and the picasa frame is only a grey box. For now, try another browser.

However to really investigate this open up a ticket at webcompat.com This team is dedicated in seeking out working with sites to keep the compatibility of all browsers.
