Part of my webpage login password is saved in the browser and the other part I enter while logging in. Whenever I log in, firefox asks to update the password. I have to select "Not Now" every time. I want to keep it that way.

That is not possible.

You can consider to access this website in a New Private Tab/Window to disable saving a new password.

You can use this extension to get Private Browsing mode support per tab.

Somehow, I didn't have this problem in firefox before. After I reinstalled Windows, updated firefox and synced my data, this become one. Is there no way to manually add an exception for the webpage?

Did Firefox fill this password automatically from the Password Manager?

Did you try to accept and update the stored password to see what gets changed to the saved password?

It is possible that other meta data changes and not the password itself.
