Good Afternoon,

My adobe reader add on 9.5.1 has been blocked for my protection. My company uses a intranet based HVAC system that relies on this add on to run. When I choose to update the add-on, no update is made available.

Is there a specific update or version I can download in order to get the Adobe Reader add on functional again?

Do you know whether you can use Adobe Reader XI (11)? You can download the installer here:

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

After installing it, use the Help menu to Check for Updates in case the installer doesn't have the latest quarterly patches.

Firefox should detect the new plugin automatically, but in some cases, you might have to close Firefox and start it up again.
