I am a long term FF user. My Android FF is now 45.0. Whatever update you are sending after this, is crushing the phone, right during installation, in Google play store. The phone restarts and the update is cancelled.

Here is how to reproduce the bug: 1 Get FF 45.0 2 Try to update using Google play store. 3 Update gets downloaded and starts installing. 4 Phone crushes and restarts.

Please stop this update.

you can do that but before you do that I recommend to you do the following:

First update your os to the latest version Clear your cookies and cache Check and see if your problem still exist or not.

Got a solution to this. Problem was at my end. The app must be in internal storage before it can be updated. I was keeping it in the external drive.
