I am using FireFox as my default browser on my Samsung S7 Edge, running Android 7.0. I have LastPass 4.1.54 installed as an add-on.

Whenever I open FireFox, I am prompted by LastPass for a Google Authenticator code. This happens only if I have stopped FireFox, i.e. closed it from the list of previously-used apps. If I leave it in the collection of previously-used apps I do not get prompted for an authenticator code.

My FireFox privacy settings are: - Do Not Track - On (doesn't change if I turn it off) - Tracking Protection - On (doesn't change if I turn it off) - Cookies - Enabled - Clear private data on exit - Off

Don't know if this is a FireFox issue or a LastPass issue but I thought I'd start here!

Thanks.

Apparently you set up 2-step authentication for Lastpass. You should ask about that in the Lastpass forum.
