Well to know what a site uses these days need to view the source code as some sites use HTML5 and others Flash and some a mixture and it will decide which it wants to use. Suggest Turn Off Hardware Acceleration for Video Card and see how things go. turned off hardware acceleration and did a clean install of flash player but it is the same,,only periscope videos do not play,nor does the video download helper show any hits from periscope,,other websites like youtube work fine,,tried on chrome too but same problem only periscope streaming does not play,,just shows connecting
