Hi,

Which version for firefox are you using, 58? If so please press Ctrl and J keys on your keyboard at the same time or goto Tools > Downloads from the menu bar. Then you will see all your download history. From there click on the folder icon to locate/open the directory where files(s) were downloaded. Please see the screenshot.
