First I am not very knowledgeable about computers but I think this one is pain.

Couple weeks ago it was great, I don't understand signing on has changed. The format was right there when the computer turned on. now have to click on firefox 

wait for the frequeny popped up then select yahoo homepage.   S   L  O  W

Crashes when getting yahoo mail. Most recent this week "Internet timed out".

Try to disable accessibility services in Firefox.

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if that works.

  • Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox
  • Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
