Is your question about a Windows user account -- you want to edit or remove a Windows user account?

There would be better sites and forums to answer that question, starting with Microsoft's.

However, if your Windows user account is fine and the problem is that you entered the wrong email address when configuring your account settings in Thunderbird, I think this is the right forum for that question.
