Does the Top Sites line on the Pocket page always block Drudge Report from loading automatically?

All the sites I normally use are added automatically to the Top Sites line on the new Pocket page (Ebay, Cal Fire, Reddit, Craigslist, etc.) except Drudge report. I know I can manually add it, but why do I have to? Does Mozilla block Drudge from automatically loading?

I don't think any sites are blocked from appearing in Top Sites unless the user uses the "Dismiss" option on the ••• menu for that tile.

If a site you want to see has been blocked, you can clear the block list as follows:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste newt and pause while the list is filtered

(3) If the browser.newtabpage.blocked preference exists and has data, right-click > Reset it to clear the block list

For anyone wondering how to add a site by hand, see the "Add a Top Site" section of Customize your Firefox New Tab page for steps.

Yup, that worked like a charm. Still curious how the data got into the blocked list tho, I never blocked (or "dismissed") it. I'll monitor it for recurrence, but seems fixed now. I unpinned Drudge and it added back automatically,
