You can download from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ to get the language you wanted. There are three English options.

Mozilla like most companies that have free to use software does not have the resources to have the call centres that would be needed for one on one support by phone, chat or email, especially since it would be for free.

This forum https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/ is the main support for Firefox on desktop, Android and iOS.

There is also the Mozilla newsgroups and channels like #firefox on irc.mozilla.org as a option. There is also the long running independent forums.mozillaZine.org as an additional support option.
