I have Firefox on my hp laptop and it has completely disappeared today.
The message on my laptop says" tThis app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC check with the software privider."

That's strange. Maybe you should re-run the installer. Please scroll down to your preferred language:
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
The installer should detect your existing Firefox data and load that when it starts. If it will start!
