when i go into Outlook for my email using Firefox as my browser I can no longer see street addresses for my contacts. If I use Internet explorer then I can access them. Outlook have looked at the problem and reckon it is to do with Firefox. Can you help please ?

I would recommend using IE or Edge to verify your outlook contacts are really gone. FF isn't the program you should use to access outlook emails as it doesn't configure correctly.
