My email stopped working and it is asking for a correct password. I didn't change the password recently and just to confirm I logged into my email through webmail and it accepted my password.

After that, i deleted the account from Thunderbird and when i tried to add it again, I can't press "Continue" after i insert the email address and the password. Got someone an idea? Thank you

re : I can't press "Continue" I'm assuming you can press 'Continue' but nothing is happening and then you get that error message. Is that correct?

Suggest: Where it says enter your name, enter your name not your email address.

Under Email address: You have entered a knot.com email address and it is accessing the bestrading.com server...is that correct?
