How can I create a bookmark that would open up a new document (create a new document) in Google Docs?

Currently, if I want to create a new document I go through these steps:

1. In a tab, go to drive.google.com

2. On upper-left area, click New.

3. A menu will drop down. Click "Google Docs".

Or

A. Go to docs.google.com

B. In the top header titled "Start a new document", click on "Blank".

I wish to shorten the workflow even more by creating a bookmark which I then can create a keyword for. But when I right-click on the "Google Docs" in Step 3 or "Blank" in Step B, I don't see a "Bookmark this Link" option in the context menu. What can I do?

Philipp, Initially, I thought you were speaking "code". "Doc.new?", I wondered? What language is Philipp speaking? Turns out that that dot-new is a new topdown URL and that Google owns doc.new and and sheet.new

I appreciate your reply. i've marked it as helpful, and also as the solution! Thank you very much!
