Sorry. Can't figure out how to delete this but I'm retracting the question. Looks like possibly I'll have to troubleshoot the add-ins/extensions one a time. I got it going by disabling all of them. So I'll focus my attention there.

Glad to hear that you were able to solve to problem on your own. Once you find out which extension is causing the issue, please post the name here. This will help users with similar problems find the solution quicker.

Sorry again. Cannot re-create. I re-enabled each add-on one at a time and re-started each time. None caused a problem. So perhaps fixing it had something to do with sequence of actions I took? Probably will never know.
