Won't download messages
The same message from 11/30/19 keeps downloading, none other. When I hit " get messages" it comes back with "checking inbox for new messages......then "downloading 1 of 302" but only that same message appears in the inbox. I have repeatedly tried the repair folder option, but to no avail. I know there indeed are other messages because I can download them in another email program. Any thoughts on this?

Delete the offending message through webmail for the account, and see if that unblocks downloads of the others.

Looks like that did it, thanks so much. I swore i did this already but I guess I didn't!
