Thunderbird not syncing sent folder with outlook email

Hello,

It's already 2 days that I'm trying to sync my outlook email on Thunderbird, but it just isn't working. The emails I send from outlook web do not get synced locally in thunderbird; only those that I send directly from the local thunderbird application do appear.

I've double checked server options and deleted/reconfigured the account; no deal.

I'm not sure why thunderbird is not syncing the IMAP folders. Is there any solution?

You're welcome. If you didn't know, overzealous antivirus programs can interfere with Thunderbird's normal functioning, and you should exclude Thunderbird's Profiles folder from scanning by them. The path to the Thunderbird Profiles folder is %APPDATA%\Thunderbird\Profiles which you can copy-paste into File Explorer's address bar and press Enter to open it. You should also make a habit of routinely backing up your Thunderbird profile folder as a recovery strategy, because things don't always work as expected.
