Can't see or make comments using Facebook social plug-in
Up until a few months ago I was able to read and leave my own comments on a local news website. Not sure what changed, but that option is gone. I had read that it was a Facebook social plug-in which allowed the comments to work so I assume that's where my problem is. It does work when I use IE, and I did find a site that lets me comment using a workaround: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments/ (I'm not a developer so I can't figure out how to fix things from the info given here). The news site I am trying to make comments on is: https://www.channel3000.com/ At the bottom of the page with the news article where I'd normally see comments I now just see the word COMMENTS twice (see attached image). I did clear my cache, delete cookies for the news site and for Facebook (and then pressed the "accept all cookies" button), and disabled plug-ins one at at time to see if they were the issue. No luck.
Can anyone help please?

I recently got my Facebook working again when I disabled my extensions all at once. It was a mistake though because then, I didn't know what could be causing the glitch. After enabling them one by one, doing the necessary restarts, etc., I noticed that the only time Facebook won't load my messages or allow me to like/comment is when the Effective Measure Community Plugin 3.1.0 (by Effective Measure Pty Ltd) is enabled. I thought maybe similar plugins or products of the same maker aren't compatible with Facebook and Firefox 17. IDK.
Bottomline is: there's an extension/plugin that's gone rogue. There may be more.
NOTE: RESTART FIREFOX AND COMPUTER THEN CAN YOU EASILY
tell me its help
thank you!
Well, here's the thing: I really don't want to blanket delete all my cookies because there are many that I'll miss (game progress lost, need to input passwords again, etc.)... I did clear my cache and delete the particular cookies which should be affiliated with facebook or the news site with the comments section. While that seems like it would basically achieve that which you are suggesting, it didn't work.
