my guess is earthlink, or the person you are attempting to correspond with is employing the services of https://www.vadesecure.com/en/ These folk have decided the IP address used either for you or googlemail (That is not clear) are a spammer and therefore are rejecting mail from Google. Given the whole thing is powered by artificial intelligence it is probably full of problems, but there is nothing more I can tell you.
