I got a message on firefox that it was running slow & if I reset my firefox browser it might help speed it up. It also said that it wouldn't effect my logins & passwords or my saved bookmarks, but after clicking on the reset as instructed, I lost everything! I'm not sure what to do.... I clicked on restore bookmarks, but it said can't access the file... Is there any thing I can do to get them back?? Will restoring the laptop to an earlier date work? Any help would be so very very much appreciated. Thanks, Sheila
