The problem is that you get CAPTCHA tests trying to get support for the Chrome browser? Or the problem is that you get CAPTCHA tests when doing Google searches in Firefox?

For Chrome browser support, are you using Google's community site at https://support.google.com/chrome/?hl=en#topic=9796470 (Note: that's a desktop URL and the mobile URL might be slightly different)

For Google search, you may get CAPTCHAs when Google doesn't trust your browser, for example, if your pattern of searching is considered bot-like or the browser identifies itself in a peculiar way.
