My Firefos does not have an options tab so that I can clear my browser cache. Don't want to delete cookies because I don't want to lose passwords, just clear my cache.

You should be able to clear only the cache via Settings (Options/Preferences) if you remove the check next to "Cookies and Site Data" and only clear "Cached Web Content".

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> [x] Cached Web Content -> Clear
