Crashes When Using Blackboard Ultra VLE (not just Collaborate, the full VLE)

I work for a university where we use Blackboard as the VLE. Blackboard recommends Chrome and Firefox, but I'm having issues with the new 'Ultra' upgrade.

Since the pandemic began, many universities have used Ultra Collaborate for synchronous online teaching, which produced some minor issues in Firefox that were, I suspect, related to the privacy settings.

We are now testing the full Ultra VLE, and I find that Firefox hangs, and I get an error message that advises that I stop. I've uploaded the screenshot below.

Any ideas?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

You can also check the Firefox Task Manager (about:performance) and about:memory pages.

Some menus have been rearranged and "Task Manager" has been moved to the Help menu.
