There are a number of software you can use to play DVDs on Windows like the free to use VLC Media Player, MPlayer, 5KPlayer, Kodi, Daum's Pot Player, Leawo Blu-ray Player to name a few or if you are willing to spend some money, there is Microsoft's own Windows DVD Player app sold in the Microsoft Store.
