Make sure that the time is correct on all devices as the TOTP code is only valid for 30 seconds.

What authenticator app are you currently using ? You can try to scan the QR code with your barcode scanner and paste the otpauth:// link in the authenticator app to see if that makes the app generate a working TOTP code.
