Thunderbird Problem - Not Showing Second Account Name.
There is a problem with my Thunderbird since the last update.
I have two email accounts that are set up with TB. The first image shows that both accounts are still set up in TB.
The problem is shown in the second image. Only one email account is showing. The Local Accounts & all the sub folders are actually from the second email account but its name is not showing.
It always showed both accounts under each other before but it isn't now.
BTW, is it best to obscure the email addresses or is it OK to show them on this site?
Thanks, Brian.

account setting > server settings > advanced. select inbox for this account.
OK. Just tried Matt's suggestion. account setting > server settings > advanced. Select "InBox for this Account."
It has now set up a NEW InBox for the second account (missing one) at the top which you can see has just a few newly arrived emails in it.
The InBox under Local Folders was its InBox before for the second account (missing one). All the subfolders below that were also for the second account (missing one). The first account gets used for very little -mainly if a our first email doesn't get through for some reason or if a separate email address is needed for my wife & myself. We first started using just one when you could only have one email address per account & have never changed.
There is a setting "InBox for a different Account" If I use that then I don't know if it will reclaim the InBox etc for itself. The problem is that the Account has become orphaned from its own InBox.
I didn't think to check what the settings were before I changed it to try the fix.
Perhaps TB got confused because when I send emails from either account I send them through the newer email account server.
We have had the older email account since we first started doing emails & just pay the minimum annual fee to keep the email active & receive almost all emails through it.
Since the new email account is our current internet provider for everything else that is what we send it through.
Thanks, Brian.
