YouTube Stuttering
after fast forwarding/rewinding with the drag and seek or double tap feature, the video begins to stutter. it seems like "micro pauses" I have to pause the video for 10-15 seconds and resume or refresh the page to solve the issue.

yes; ublock, privacy possum, https everywhere, and Google search fixer.
What happens when you try with those add-ons removed?
Are you using a strong WiFi signal? What download speed do you approximately have?
Are you able to share a link to the video that you are trying to view?
happens with both wifi and mobile data. also occurs on every video I watch.
