That isn't a Firefox issue but your VPN support to resolve why it block yahoo email.

Since the Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products you should post a new thread in the Mozilla VPN section using https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox-private-network-vpn/form

You posted this in the desktop Firefox web browser section as you can see there is a section for Mozilla VPN in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/
