Junk mail error
My sister-in-law has been sending me a daily email for 15 years, and it has always gone to my inbox. Now, all of a sudden, it is going to Junk (as are a number of other regular correspondents). I have been marking her email as Not Junk for a month now, and it's still going to Junk. I understand that Thunderbird "learns," but how long does the lesson take?

If it is your mail provider or antivirus product doing the placement then Thunderbird is not going to learn. Do the emails in the junk have the red flame icon for a junk message? or is it greyed out?
