Every time I start firefox on my desktop, I get the pop up asking to update firefox. EVERY single time! Yes, firefox is up to date.

If you go to check for updates, are you seeing any further updates to download or accept?
There have been a few sub-updates recently to fix pressing issues, but hopefully we can get back to the regular once a month cadence very soon.
Surely, not an update everyday? Checked update history multiple times, "you have the most recent update installed" is what I saw.
Once, after a restart from an update, I got the same prompt.
