dragging messages is not working any more. (upgraded to 115.9.0 (64-bit) on windows)

Since recently (upgraded to 115.0(32bit) March 18th and then 115.9.0(64bit) April 3rd) I cannot drag messages to a local folder any more. I can move the messages using the menu system, but not by drag/drop. I started Thunderbird in troubleshoot mode disabling add-ons and resetting toolbars, but that does not help. Any ideas? re-booting the PC solved the problem. Maybe a leftover from other USB activities?

You might try in troubleshoot mode with addons turned off, as I am using win 11 and 115.9 and dragging is working as before.
